Treatments are organized into service groups: Blu Body for body contouring and intimate skin care, Blu Facials for peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and mesotherapy, dermal fillers, neuromodulators, PRP hair restoration with its hair evaluations, and vitamin injections. Consultations are required before hair and scalp restoration, trichology, skin treatments, neuromodulators, and Blu Body treatments. Some aesthetic and wellness services can be booked without one. The specific filler type, treatment areas, and pricing are decided during consultation, and neuromodulators are planned by area or treatment plan rather than priced per unit.

Clients book online through the practice's booking page or by sending a new patient inquiry form, and Tiffany Franklin says inquiries receive a reply within one business day. A $50 deposit applies to all treatments, and a 20% deposit applies to treatments priced at $500 or more. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to the full service value, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the provider's discretion. Guests and children are not permitted to accompany patients.

The practice does not accept insurance. It takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash but not checks, accepts HSA and FSA cards for select services based on eligibility, and offers financing through CareCredit, Cherry, and Klarna. Itemized receipts are available on request.
