The menu covers cuts and blowouts, single process and highlight color, bleach with color and Olaplex, cold and digital perms, Japanese straightening, and Cezanne Keratin Express, a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment. Add-ons include deep conditioning, Olaplex, a head spa, and scalp and hair therapy. Perms and Japanese straightening begin with a sit-down consultation with a stylist, which is free. Clients who are dissatisfied may return for a free redo within one week, performed within ten days with the same stylist; this does not apply to Cezanne Keratin.
Booking is done online or by calling the New York salon, and the salon does not take, change or cancel appointments by email. When booking online you choose a service, stylist and time, and you can request a preferred stylist. Requests are reviewed and may be declined. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours notice, and clients who miss two appointments without contacting the salon cannot book future appointments. New, inactive and international clients without a US cell number may be asked for a 50% deposit per person at booking.
New York hours are closed Mondays, Tuesday through Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Friday through Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM. The salon has limited capacity, so guests who bring companions may be asked to wait outside when it is crowded. Prices may vary by hair length and time needed, tips are not included, and services over five hours are split into two sessions.
