Booking means agreeing to the cancellation policy. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 5:30 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours ahead are accommodated at no charge, though the confirmation fee applies to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead forfeit the confirmation fee, and clients who neither cancel nor attend are charged the full service total.

Styling is done at the client's chosen private location rather than in a salon, with heat protection included in the main blowout.
