The salon runs party-style bookings. Hair party packages are held on Friday and Saturday during assigned party hours and include a Girls Day or Night Out package for a two-hour private party for up to eight guests, with a maximum of twelve guests in total. A bridal party package includes a two and a half hour salon shutdown, a wash and scalp massage, a blowout, and full face makeup. Party packages come with plates, cups, napkins, and decorations. The salon describes itself as a go-to spot for bridal party hair styling and girls' nights out.
Clients who want styling outside the salon can book blow-in service, which brings a stylist to an apartment, home, hotel, or office. Pricing for blow-in visits is given on request, and on-the-go styling needs 24 hours notice. Makeup application is by appointment only.
Blowdry packages of five or ten blowouts never expire and can be shared. Gift cards are available. Booking requires 24 hours notice for cancellations; late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full price. Hair party deposits start at a $150 minimum and are refunded in full only with at least three weeks notice. An 18 percent gratuity is added to the final hair party bill.
