The studio says it wants to feel welcoming and free of judgment, with skin health and client comfort placed first. Somaya works as a licensed esthetician and Husneia as a permanent makeup artist, so facial work and brow permanent makeup are both handled in-house.

Brows are a major part of the menu. Microblading typically takes about seven to fourteen days for the brows to heal over, and the color can take roughly a month to fully settle. A topical anesthetic is applied during the procedure, and clients receive written aftercare instructions that limit sun exposure, sweating and swimming for a short time. Touch-up pricing depends on how long it has been since the previous treatment and is reviewed at consultation. Brow lift and tint are also offered.

Beyond brows, the studio offers facial treatments including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, lash extensions and event makeup and hair. Lash clients who have extensions from another artist may need them removed and a full new set applied at full-set price. After-hours lash appointments may be available case by case for an extra $30. Waxing covers hands, underarms, stomach, half and full arms, and several bikini options, with sessions running from about ten to thirty-five minutes and listed prices from $25 to $90.

To get the most from a visit, clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Changes need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee, and a credit card deposit is required from new clients and when booking; the deposit is only charged if a cancellation fee applies. Concerns about a service should be raised within 72 hours, and fixes for issues caused by application or product may include a complimentary 30-minute touch-up. Services and products are not refunded.
