A first visit starts with a consultation to look at the natural nails, what the client wants, and which service and products would suit them best. Nails are prepped with gentle techniques and without harsh filing. Aftercare includes a walkthrough of home nail care and guidance on when to book the next maintenance appointment.
Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry nails free of polish, oils and lotions. Those booking a full set or a natural nail treatment are asked to bring ideas for length, shape, and color or design. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and the studio is closed on Saturdays.
The studio says its products are 100% clean and that it has more than 500 happy clients, with a 5.0 client rating listed on its site. It uses Lumore Paris products, which the studio describes as 100% TPO-free, European-made and cruelty-free, and many of its products are imported from Germany.
The studio works in three steps: consult and prepare, strengthen and build, then maintain and grow. Its products are HEMA-free, TPO-free and vegan, and the studio says they help reduce sensitivities.
