Facials are a central part of the menu. The Needle Free Filler Facial runs 60 to 75 minutes for $250, and the business calls itself the home of that treatment; it uses Dr Platon cold plasma in it. Signature Glow (60 minutes, $134) can draw on dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED red light, a superficial resurfacing peel, enzymes, peptide treatments and sculpting facial massage. Repair & Rejuvenate (60 minutes, $159) can add collagen threads, CO2 carboxy, cold plasma, nano infusion and a peptide firming treatment. Rezenerate Nano Infusion is offered in Level 1 facials in 75- or 90-minute versions. Illuminate Red LED and TimeMaster Pro ultrasound, EMS and LED are included in every facial.
Peel series are set after a consultation. The superficial series (30 minutes, $99) and the medium depth series (30 minutes, $184, with a post care kit included) are both offered. The medium depth series is not for first-time clients. For liquid microneedling, the Princess Peel (60 minutes, $195) is recommended as a first spicule treatment, while the Pearl Peel 'n Glow Spicules (60 minutes, $225) is not offered to first-time clients.
Waxing covers brows, lip, chin and cheek, nose, underarm, and bikini and Brazilian waxing for female clients. Prices run from $12 for a nose wax to $79 for a Brazilian. Clients complete a waxing consent form and list current and recent medications. Waxing cannot be done while a client is using Retin-A, Renova or Accutane.
Clients fill out a confidential skin questionnaire before a first facial. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows incur a $50 rebooking fee. Facial clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which they are marked a no-show and charged 50% of the booked service. Brow waxes and LED Glow sessions are 15-minute appointments with a $20 late cancellation fee and a $25 no-show fee. Concerns about a service or product should be raised within 24 hours. Product sales are final, though unopened products can be returned within 30 days for credit toward an exchange or next service.
