Designs are planned for each client around eye shape, size and style instead of a single standard set. Serena L, the studio's Lash Director, leads this design work. The studio uses products that it says support healthy natural lashes.

Before a visit, clients should arrive without mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow, and remove contact lenses, which the studio will ask them to store in a lens case they bring. Clients should mention eye conditions, injuries, and any medications or treatments affecting the eye area in advance. Extensions are not applied to anyone allergic to adhesive. For the first 24 hours, lashes should stay away from water, steam and heavy humidity. Fill-ins or touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, and results depend on natural lash length and volume and the extension type chosen.

Pricing is listed by set and time. Classic 60-piece sets are 30 minutes at $59, while larger classic, hybrid and mega volume full sets run one hour from $78 to $199. Touch-ups are priced by timeframe: within two weeks at $70, within three weeks at $80, and within four weeks in volume at $100. A ten-visit package is listed at $680. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee; later cancellations are charged the service amount, with half refunded if the client rebooks.
