The spa is in suite 192 at The Mall at Green Hills, open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Clients are booked for facials, brows, lashes, makeup, threading and waxing.

Facial options range from an Acne Facial and an Organic Facial, the latter made with plant-based ingredients, to a one-hour session that cleanses deeply, uses steam, applies gentle exfoliation, includes facial massage, and finishes with a mask and a hydrating boost. Facials may also involve an ultrasonic scrubber, pore extraction, a high-frequency device, and moisturizing masks and serums. HydraFacial versions can add booster serums, LED light, or lymphatic therapy. The spa also offers Microneedling and Nano-Needling, the latter using tiny silicone tips rather than needles.

Threading is done by hand with a single cotton thread, without creams or heat. Waxing uses soft wax with cloth strips for larger areas and hard wax for delicate areas such as the face and bikini line. Each wax stick touches the wax only once, and tools are disinfected after each use.

Lash services include lash extensions applied one at a time, with fan styling for the Volume and Hybrid sets, plus fills, lifts and tints. The salon describes its lash work as consistent in style and shape. Brow services include eyebrow lamination and microblading, and makeup is offered for events such as weddings, proms and photoshoots.

After a facial, clients are asked to avoid makeup, tanning, scrubs and strong products for 24 hours.

Facial treatments follow the same process at every visit, and the salon does not upsell extras.
