Services are organized into groups. Manicures and pedicures range from quick polish changes and express visits to full gel and classic options. Specialty manicures and pedicures include the Signature Deluxe, Specialty Aroma, Tropical Paradise and Heavenly Dream lines, plus a Dead Sea Therapy pedicure. Clients can also mix their own aromatic blend for a manicure or pedicure from the products on offer. Artificial nails include acrylic, gel and pink and white full sets and fills, while dip nails cover dip manicures, fills, pink and white dip and ombre dip. Nail designs and nail decor are done by appointment only.

Waxing is available for the face, brows, arms, underarms, legs, back and chest. Kids aged 4 to 11 and teens aged 12 to 17 have their own menu of manicures, pedicures and polish changes. Add-ons include French tips, paraffin wax, hot stones, an extra massage and a CND Vinlux top coat.

Appointments are not booked online or through social media, so clients need to call the location to schedule. Parties of six or more should book at least a week ahead. Checks are not accepted. Clients are asked not to shave for at least 24 hours before a pedicure. Some products may contain salt minerals that can irritate the skin, and an extra massage is not included with a service unless stated otherwise. In 2012, Allure Magazine named the Bloomfield Hills Telegraph location Best Nail Salon of Metro-Detroit.
