Services are grouped into acne treatments, facials, add-ons, consultations and men's grooming. The Teen Acne Facial is a 65-minute visit for ages 12 to 18 at $105 that includes extractions, and the Adult Acne Treatment is priced at $150. New clients can book the New Client Custom Facial at $135, and the Returning Client Facial, an 80-minute visit at a varying price, is for clients who have already had a New Client Custom Facial. Massage is included only in the Luxury Facial at $175, while other facials can add massage upgrades. The Gentleman's Facial is a 60-minute service at $145 for men dealing with congestion, rough texture or shaving irritation, and it does not include massage.

Clients can choose between two consultation formats. The virtual Get Clear with The Duchess session is a one-on-one video-style meeting lasting 60 minutes, starting at $55 with a $25 deposit. It covers a skin evaluation, a review of daily habits, a look at current products, tailored suggestions, a stepwise plan, and guidance afterward. The in-person consultation lasts 35 minutes and costs $55 with a $25 deposit, and that deposit is credited toward a first facial or a product purchase.

Appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours ahead or they are released to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Clients can reschedule up to two times, after which a new deposit is required, and frequent rescheduling may restrict booking, including same-day options. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened service, with the full fee still applied. The studio is closed Monday and Wednesday, open Tuesday and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 1:30 PM to 7 PM. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for a later date, and are final sale.
