The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 6pm, Friday from noon to 6pm, and Saturday from 11am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Brow lamination is a two-part chemical process. The first step softens the brow hair, the second sets it in the direction the brow should lie, and a regenerating cream finishes the service. Results usually last six to eight weeks. Brows should stay dry for 24 hours afterward. Olaplex is provided for aftercare, and a touch-up wax or tint is suggested at about the three to four week mark. Between visits, castor oil applied nightly or in the morning is recommended, along with brow gel or brow soap.

Before a waxing appointment, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth, and clients are advised to exfoliate 24 hours ahead. Afterward, tanning should wait 24 to 48 hours, and pools, hot tubs, saunas and heavy sweating are best avoided for about a day. Facial wax results typically last one to two weeks and visits are suggested every two to four weeks; body wax results last two to three weeks, with visits suggested every four to six weeks.

Cancellations need at least six hours' notice. Cancellations made later are charged 25% of the service amount, and no-shows are charged 50%. Arriving more than five minutes late may mean rescheduling, so late clients should call. Some appointment slots are only 15 minutes long. Changes are best handled by text or phone call rather than automatic reminders, email or Instagram. Clients should disclose prescription medications, skin products containing acids or retinoids, and recent chemical peels or laser treatments. Clients on Accutane need to be off it for six months before a wax, and clients on Retin A for seven days.
