Every visit begins with a free consultation of about 15 to 30 minutes, with no charge. It covers a review of hair density, condition and color, a color and texture match, a plan for method and length, a maintenance timeline and an overview of pricing. A personalized quote is given after the consultation, and clients who cannot come in can request a virtual consultation by adding a note when booking. Bookings are made through the studio's Square booking page, and the studio can be reached at (346) 450-7474. It is open every day from 9am to 6pm.

Ice Fusion is a strand-by-strand method that uses tiny cold-applied bonds and a cold fusion adhesive or gel, with no heat. Extensions are customized to each client's natural hair, and the studio uses premium European Remy hair. Color matching and aftercare guidance are included with each service. Reinstalls remove the old extensions, cleanse and review the natural hair and bonds, and rebuild with extension hair, which may be reused if it is still in good condition. Many clients go about 10 to 14 weeks between reinstalls, though timing varies, and a reinstall usually takes several hours.

The Bloom Care Plan is a monthly membership designed only for Ice Fusion extensions. It can be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle, and it includes a deep repair before each install, monthly check-ups, a washing and styling session, complimentary birthday styling and Bloom Box gift sets twice a year. Refresh visits, a quick check-up with a capsule check, wash and light styling, are offered one to three months after installation and are limited to two between installs. According to the studio, it holds a 4.9 rating on Google.
