The menu is grouped into blowouts, cuts and styling; color; lightening; extensions; luxury extensions; and luxury treatments. Blowouts include the Bloom Blowout, a smooth, voluminous finish with the salon's signature look, and an Extension Blowout designed for extension hair. Precision haircuts are shaped to face shape and daily routine, and special event styling covers weddings, parties, photoshoots and nights out. Color options include Bloom Base, a targeted root service that blends into existing color and can cover grays, Rich & Glossy, an all-over single-tone shine treatment, and Refresh, a tonal refresh between full appointments. Lightening includes Luxury, a full custom service for maximum lift and soft grow-out, Miami for a dimensional, softer grow-out, and Luxe Mini for targeted brightness between visits.

Extensions are offered as weft extensions, with rows of hair beaded and sewn into natural hair, and as keratin tip extensions, with individual strands bonded to natural hair. Each install is custom-designed to the client's hair type, lifestyle and goals. Luxury treatments include Smoothing Treatments, which are formaldehyde-free and reduce frizz for up to 12 weeks; Fusio-Dose by Kerastase, a custom in-salon treatment that takes under five minutes; K18 Molecular Repair, which includes a scalp massage, a hot towel and a take-home mask; and the Malibu Detox Treatment, which removes mineral buildup, chlorine and product residue.

Pricing is customized. Guests can book a consultation to get a tailored plan and exact pricing before their appointment. Complimentary adjustments are available for color, cut or extension work if a guest contacts the salon within 7 days, though changes of mind about an agreed color, tone or extension method may carry a new service charge.

Booking details: 48 hours' notice is needed to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and missed appointments without prior contact are charged the full total. A credit card on file is required for all bookings, and outstanding fees must be settled before a new appointment can be made. Guests arriving 10 or more minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled, with a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Refunds are not offered, but gift cards are available.
