The menu is grouped into cluster sets, lash extensions, fill-ins, eyebrow waxing and lash add-ons. Cluster sets come in classic, full, volume, mega volume, hybrid, wispy, angle, cat eye, natural and dramatic styles. Extension sets include volume, fluffy, wispy, hybrid, mega volume and cat eye options, and fill-ins are offered for both cluster and extension sets at one- to three-week intervals.

Clients book online at any time and receive an email confirmation. A deposit must be submitted within one day of booking or the appointment may be cancelled, and deposits are non-refundable unless the artist cancels. Anyone who needs to cancel should let the artist know as soon as possible. A $15 late fee applies after a 10-minute grace period, and children and additional guests are not allowed during appointments, so clients are asked to come alone.

Each set is shaped around the client's natural features, with options ranging from soft, natural-looking styles to bold, dramatic ones.
