The studio describes its approach as holistic, focused on keeping skin healthy through every season, and it prefers pro-aging to anti-aging.

Each facial is tailored after a consultation and skin analysis. A standard session typically includes a steamed double cleanse, light exfoliation, extractions as needed, a mask, serums, eye and lip treatment, and SPF. Every facial also adds at least one enhancement, chosen from sculpting massage, lymphatic drainage techniques, hand and arm massage, pressure at marma points around the eyes, or scalp massage. The New Client Facial lasts 90 minutes, opening with a 15-minute consultation and closing with recommendations for home care. The Gua Sha Facial takes 60 minutes; a facial oil is applied first, then a nephrite stone is used. The Buccal and Gua Sha Fusion Treatment runs 90 minutes.

Advanced skin treatments include buccal facial massage, dermaplaning, corrective peels, and ProCell microchanneling. Chemical peels require an in-person consultation before booking so a customized plan can be set, and the consultation fee is applied to the treatment. Level 1 peels use AHA and BHA forms of exfoliation, while Level 2 peels are a medium-depth resurfacing that needs 14 to 30 days of pretreatment prep and involves downtime. Peel series include a pre- and post-care kit, and clients can use payment plans through Klarna and Affirm. ProCell is a microchanneling device treatment offered for the face and for body, scars and scalp, typically performed every two to three weeks over at least 90 days.

Brow and lash services include brow tinting, brow waxing, tweezing, lash tinting, and combinations of these. Clients should have hair at least a quarter inch long, and those who shave should wait at least 14 days before waxing. Brow and lip waxing requires stopping retinol or acne medication topicals for at least 72 hours beforehand.

Booking policies require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedules, which must be made by phone or email in the final day; late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. The studio sells Cosmedix skincare and gua sha stones, and product purchases can be picked up at an appointment or shipped within the U.S. with returns accepted within 30 days under set conditions.
