Bloom is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 7 PM and closed on Mondays. New clients pay a deposit for fashion color ($50), single process color ($60) and glaze or toner ($40). Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows carry a non-refundable charge of 50% of the service cost. Gift cards are available.
