Haircuts, clipper cuts, blowdries and a keratin-based smoothing treatment are also available.

Chemical services begin with a consultation, which is complimentary. Many prices are listed as starting amounts, and some services are priced by the amount of work involved, such as full foil or full balayage. Full balayage may take more than one session depending on hair type, length and thickness. Smoothing requires a $50 deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a fee of 25% of the reserved service cost, and a no-show without prior notice is charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Any fees are charged to the credit card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the online booking site.

The studio is open Monday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed on weekends.
