New clients start with a consultation, which costs $40 and takes about 30 minutes, to talk through scalp issues, color changes or extension plans. New client visits run longer: a silk press takes about three hours and includes a scalp analysis and a tailored treatment, while natural styling and extension installation each take roughly two and a half to three hours or more. If natural styling needs drying time, that can add one to two hours to the appointment.
Clients are asked to add every service they need when booking so enough time is reserved, and to arrive on time, since there is a 10-minute grace period for both the client and the stylist. Cancellations need at least 48 hours of notice; later cancellations are charged half the scheduled service cost. A no-call, no-show is charged half the appointment cost and cannot book future appointments. Clients are also asked to take the very first or very last slot of the day.
Treatments are tailored to each client, with the scalp and the health of the hair as the starting point.
