The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express treatment to a 90-minute full experience. The Bloom Signature Facial starts with a consultation and skin analysis so the treatment can be customized to the client's skin. The FULL BLOOM LUXE Experience builds on that facial with advanced skincare techniques, premium masks, an extended facial, an extended massage and LED light therapy. The Bloom Express Facial is a shorter refresh that does not take add-ons or changes. The Bloom Intimate Glow is designed to calm irritation after intimate waxing and reduce ingrown hairs, with a focus on hydration.

Waxing is priced by area, from single spots such as the lip or chin up to full arms, full legs and two combined packages. Facial waxes such as lip, chin, cheek and sideburn last 2 to 3 weeks, and Brazilian results last up to 4 to 6 weeks. Several services, including the Brazilian, bikini, deep bikini, butt and buttock-area back waxes, are for female clients only, and men booking them will be denied.

New clients receive a free gift bag, and complimentary drinks and snacks are offered during visits. Same-day bookings are possible but must be confirmed, which happens within 24 hours. A deposit is required, is non-refundable, and is applied to the cost of the service. A 10-minute grace period applies if the salon is contacted about a late arrival, and 5 minutes without contact. A missed appointment with no contact within 5 minutes is a no-call no-show, is billed the full service fee and cannot be rescheduled that day; after two of these, a client is permanently barred from booking.

Membership gives 20% off services and products for the registered member only, is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts. Unused services on packages roll over as credit, but packages expire after 12 months and cannot be split between people. Gift cards are available, and the gift card page offers a balance check. Online booking is available through the salon's booking page.

Facials are built around a consultation, with the Signature Facial customized to each client's skin and hydrojelly masks chosen to suit the skin after that conversation.
