A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and deducted from the total, the balance is paid at the end of the visit, and changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice to keep the deposit. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment changed, rescheduled or cancelled. Cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle where applicable, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, and tips can be paid in cash or added to a card payment. Prices can change without notice; main service prices are shown on the website and in the booking system.

The salon uses sterilized tools and disposable materials where needed and follows cleaning protocols at every station. Clients are asked to disclose allergies or medical conditions in advance, and service may be refused when a contagious condition affects nails, skin or feet. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, only identified service animals are allowed, and clients are asked to keep voices moderate and avoid long calls during services.
