Hair services cover haircuts, traditional and modern color, blowouts including the Bloom Blowout, special occasion styling and hair treatments. Extension work centers on Halo Couture and Bellami methods, starting with a consultation that looks at hair health, texture and goals to recommend a method. Halo extensions add instant volume, length or density and can be removed daily. After delivery the stylist reviews care, recommended products, installation and styling tips. Extensions usually last six to twelve weeks before a maintenance appointment, depending on method and hair growth.

The wellness spa area covers facials, body treatments, massage, brow and lash services, and waxing. The Wellness Loft menu adds skin therapy, brow enhancement, lash enhancements, faux glow, and massage alongside waxing. Facials are performed with Comfort Zone skincare, a range that contains no synthetic scents, silicones, animal-derived ingredients, man-made dyes, mineral oils or parabens. The Signature Tranquility Facial, available in 60- or 90-minute versions, is recommended to guests who are undecided about what to book first.

Crown Point is open Tuesday and Thursday 9 to 8, Wednesday and Friday 10 to 6, and Saturday 9 to 2, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Schererville is open Monday 10 to 8, Tuesday through Thursday 8:30 to 8:30, Friday 10 to 6 and Saturday 8 to 2, and is closed Sunday.

Changes and cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice and must be made by phone or voicemail to the guest coordinator, since email, social media messages and personal texts are not accepted. A 15-minute grace period is available only when the coordinator has been informed in advance; arriving after that window is treated as a no-show. Reservations missed without timely notice incur a charge of 50 percent of the scheduled services, while no-shows or abandoned appointments are charged in full. Both charges go to the card on file. Reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours. Services are not refunded, but a guest who is dissatisfied may ask their original provider about a complimentary adjustment within one week. Products that have not been opened may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund, and opened or used products are eligible for salon retail credit only. All extension sales, including Halos, are final. Children and guests who are not receiving services may not enter, except health care providers, translators, guide dogs and nursing mothers.
