The spa's view is that skincare is more than a routine. Each treatment is planned with a purpose, aiming to balance visible results with a deeper sense of relaxation. Facial care and head care are offered separately or together in rituals that pair a facial with a scalp treatment.

The Bloom Customized Facial is built around that assessment: the esthetician chooses the protocol based on skin condition and concerns. First-time clients can book a 50-minute Everyday Glow Facial for all skin types at $99.

Scalp work is a major part of the menu. Options include a short express scalp treatment that removes buildup and stimulates circulation, a sound-and-massage treatment, a signature warm botanical oil treatment, and a longer Kérastase scalp and hair renewal.

Treatments are designed individually, with a focus on visible results alongside deep relaxation rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
