BLOOM Beauty brings together independent lash artists who work together under one business. It has a location at 202 E Main Street in Westminster and a second location in Glenelg, which is inside As You Like It Salon. The Glenelg studio was previously known as Lash. Eyelash Boutique.

Lash extensions are the core of the business. Partial sets apply lashes to about half of the natural lashes, and full sets come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with the mega volume set giving full coverage using very thin lashes. Fills are scheduled every 2 to 4 weeks, and their price rises the longer the gap since the last visit. Clients arriving with extensions from another lash artist book a New Client Extended Fill on their first visit before moving to regular fills.

Beyond extensions, the business offers a lash lift plus tint for natural lashes, which lifts the lashes at the root and tints the lash line; the business says those results last six to eight weeks. Lash removal, eyebrow tinting in light, medium or dark brown, eyebrow, lip and chin waxing, and makeup application are also available.
