The studio focuses on lash extensions. Full sets come in Classic, Hybrid, Wispy Hybrid, Volume, Wispy Volume and Mega Volume styles, and the listed appointment times run from about one hour for a Classic set to one hour and thirty minutes for the Volume options.

Refills can be booked one, two, three or four weeks after a previous appointment, in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega styles. Whether a refill applies depends on how long it has been since the last visit and how many of your natural lashes still have extensions on each eye. If too many have shed, the price is adjusted, and after the refill window closes a new full set is needed.

Clients with old extensions still in place can book a removal, priced separately for new and regular clients. A Fix appointment is also offered. The studio is open Monday through Thursday afternoons and is closed on weekends.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and to avoid caffeine before their visit. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. The studio may refuse service if its policies are not followed.
