New clients begin with an initial appointment that combines an in-depth consultation, a Bloom Signature Facial, and a customized treatment plan. The signature facial is adjusted for each client's skin type and concerns, with a focus on supporting the skin microbiome. It includes a double cleanse, dermaplaning, either enzyme therapy or a chemical peel, a custom masque, and a massage of the shoulders and scalp.

Beyond the signature facial, the studio offers the Notox Facial, a face and neck anti-aging treatment with facial massage, ice globes, lymphatic drainage and a peptide mask. The HydroGlow Facial is a 75-minute treatment with deep cleansing, fluid dermabrasion, oxygen infusion, cryotherapy and a HydroJelly mask. Clients using retinol are asked to stop three days before a HydroGlow Facial.

For ongoing care, the Bloom Ritual membration includes one 60-minute Bloom Signature Facial each month and 10% off enhancements, and members can upgrade to an Advanced Skin Treatment or a 90-minute signature facial for an additional $50. The Acne Bootcamp is a 12-week package with six professionally customized treatments and a morning and evening home-care routine. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page.

Cancellations or changes need at least 12 hours' notice. Later changes may incur a nonrefundable fee of 50% of the service cost. Late arrivals may have appointments shortened, and the full service fee still applies.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin, with professional-grade products and a focus on the skin microbiome.
