Bloom Academy

Bloom Academy is a school at 2132 Central Florida Parkway in Orlando that offers both online and on-campus programs. Its stated mission is to prepare students for licenses from the State of Florida and the United States, with attention to the skills and competencies each student already brings.

Programs cover several fields. Licensed training is offered in beauty, health, English, audiovisual production and photography, administrative work, construction, computer skills, and driver school. Continuing education adds English for U.S. citizenship, English support and tutoring, math tutoring, beauty and aesthetics, audiovisual production, technology and digital skills, insurance agent and real estate insurance agent licensing, tax preparer certification, and courses in IT support, programming, web development, and UX design. A path toward a Florida State license is available, and a teacher renewal program helps teachers obtain or renew Florida licenses.

Other live sessions cover microblading, self-makeup, colorimetry, basic photography, and podcasting. Platelet-rich plasma extraction training is listed as coming soon.

Classes are taught entirely live in real time online, so students can join from anywhere. Certificates are issued for live training programs. New virtual classroom students register through an online form, and accounts are activated within 24 hours. English-speaking and Spanish-speaking academic advisors are available, and prospective students can book a free appointment with an advisor.

Refund terms depend on the format. For online programs, withdrawing on the day of enrollment receives a full refund, and no withdrawals or refunds are granted after 72 hours from enrollment. For on-site programs, withdrawal is allowed within 72 hours if administrative enrollment has not been completed, and no refunds are given once enrollment is processed or classes have begun. Student kits are non-refundable once any product has been opened, and school-provided electronic equipment must be returned in original packaging, in good condition, and free of physical damage to be eligible for refund. Missing class is not treated as a withdrawal; a written request is required. Discounted, promotional, or institutional-benefit programs may carry different terms, which are disclosed at enrollment.

According to the school's home page, its professionals have more than 20 years of experience in health and well-being. The school's reviews page reports a 5.0 rating from 114 reviews.

Instruction is built around preparing students for state and national licenses, delivered live and in real time online or on campus, with English and Spanish options.
