The salon's focus is hand tied extensions and lived-in blonde color. Every appointment begins with a custom consultation. New clients contact the salon by phone or text to ask about booking, then send photos of their current hair from the front and back along with an inspiration photo, after which pricing and availability are shared. The salon does not take walk-ins.

Services cover hand tied extension installs, move-ups, consultations and removal; color, highlights and balayage packages, color correction and color modeling; haircuts; styling including blowouts, beach waves and formal curls; and add-on treatments. Highlight and balayage packages include shampoo, root shade, toning, a haircut or trim, and styling. Partial highlights are placed around the face to brighten natural color. The salon does not specialize in men's cuts, short hairstyles or textured hair, and does not do on-scalp bleaching, but refers clients who need that service to a stylist who does.

Booking comes with a few practical terms. New clients must complete a client waiver before booking and keep a valid credit card on file. Appointments are booked first come, first served. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, with a $50 fee for shorter notice, and same-day changes or no-shows are charged the full service cost. The salon does not offer refunds, but adjustment requests made within 48 hours of an appointment are handled as complimentary visits with the original stylist, and services not covered in the original consultation need a separate appointment and fees. Extension installs require a deposit and a signed extension waiver, and hair and installation costs are non-refundable. Guests and children are not permitted during appointments. The salon says it does not sell or trade client personal information to third parties for marketing.
