Color can be done in bright and bold looks or soft and subtle ones. Extension work includes tape-in pieces, hand-tied rows, and custom blended Ghost extensions in two to three rows. Filler extensions add one to ten custom colored tape-in pieces, and the price depends on how many are needed. Extension packages are priced by desired length, and a price estimate is available on request.

A visit starts with a thorough consultation. Advanced scalp massages are offered, and clients can enjoy a complimentary espresso martini and social hour.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, and the deposit is non-transferable. Clients more than 15 minutes late without notice are treated as no-shows and charged the full booked price. Appointments can be changed by texting the salon or replying to the confirmation text. Haircuts, color and extensions are not refundable, but hair care products can be exchanged within 30 days for one of equal or lesser value. Minor adjustments are made within 7 days with the original stylist, and later adjustments are quoted. Guests who are not being serviced are not accommodated, and clients who bring children are asked to reschedule with a late fee. Booking consents to photos and videos for social media, advertising and education.
