Dimensional highlighting is booked in several lengths, from a 2.5 session scheduled as about three hours up to 4.0. The longer dimensional sessions are intended for major changes or heavy hair, and the 3.5 session requires a non-refundable payment of half the session cost when booked. Transformational work, which the salon reserves for changes that cannot be reached at Level I or II, is booked as a half-day or full-day session and starts at $500 or $800 for Talent Tier I, with higher starting prices for Talent Tier II and III. Transformational work calls for an in-person consultation, though a virtual one may be enough, plus an e-signed service agreement and a deposit at booking.

Extensions are a major part of the salon. Methods include tape-in, keratin bond, keratin tip, wefted and CombLine, along with extension cutting and blending. CombLine is an adhesive-only method with no bonds, beads, tape, links or tracks. Extension consultations are free and can be held virtually or in person. Keratin smoothing is also offered, with quotes given by text.

Cutting covers a Studio Haircut, an Extended Studio Haircut and Focused Upkeep for tapered back hairlines and eyebrow-length accenting. Styling includes the BLONDELUXE Blowdry, a longer Blowdry Plus with iron styling, session styling of two hours or more, and Ironwork services such as silkening, pressing, vintage waves, formal hard-sets and custom creative looks. A Blowdry can be added to a Level I color service in place of a powerstyle finish. New and returning guests can text the salon about bang or fringe trims and neck or hairline trims.

Salon hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 8pm and Friday from 8am to 7pm. Guests book through New Guest, Return Guest, Consultation, ASAP and Waitlist options. Before booking, guests need a complete file with a valid credit or debit card, first and last name, a phone number and an email address. Arrive five to ten minutes early. Children and animals cannot come into the chair area during hair services. Appointment changes with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at half the scheduled services and changes with less than 24 hours' notice at the full amount. Menu prices already include a cash discount; Visa, MasterCard and Discover add 3% and American Express adds 3.5%. Personal checks, money orders, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal and pay-later services are not accepted. Guests may request no-cost adjustments within seven days of a service.

Color is planned by level, with a consultation before larger changes and transformational work, and extensions and smoothing are offered with virtual or in-person consultations.
