Major work starts with a consultation: a $50 in-person lightening consultation is waived if the client books the service or has a virtual consultation. New clients are booked into one of three blonding tiers. Signature Blonding starts at $320 and takes about 3 to 4 hours, Supreme Blonding starts at $380 and takes about 4 to 5 hours, and Epic Makeover starts at $630 and takes about 5 to 6 hours. The Epic Makeover suits long or dense hair, several color layers or a long color history. Prices are subject to change. Established clients are typically asked to return every 8 to 16 weeks, and toners are generally refreshed about every 6 weeks depending on washing and products.

The salon makes its own extensions, called BlondeWear, and guarantees them for quality, color and longevity for up to 2 years. Installation methods include custom hand-tied, tape-in, K-tip, I-tip, V-light, Halo and clip-in extensions. Installation starts at $1,200 for 1 row at 14 inches and reaches $2,600 for 3 rows at 22 inches. An extension consultation costs $50 in person and is complimentary if the client moves forward or has a virtual consultation. A non-refundable deposit is required to book extension services. Clients may bring their own hair for installation, but the salon cannot guarantee its quality or source unless it is purchased through the salon.
