BLOluxe was founded by Bria, a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician with over ten years in the beauty industry. The studio is built around waxing, with the aim of removing unwanted hair as quickly and comfortably as possible while keeping the client at ease. The studio describes its waxing as safe and painless.

Body waxing uses a hard wax that is hypoallergenic and vegan-based. Before the wax goes on, the skin is cleaned and prepped with organic hair removal products, and an after-wax oil is applied afterward to soothe the skin and lift away any residue. Clients do not need to trim their hair beforehand, since the specialist will trim it if needed. Brazilian waxing is recommended every four to five weeks, and waxing can be done during pregnancy.

The vagacial is a facial-style treatment for the intimate area, including steaming, deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydrating and restorative masks and serums. It can be booked on the same day as a wax or up to seven days after one. Hydro jelly masking is also offered for skin concerns that go beyond the outer layers of skin. Men can book services from the waist up, including the back, chest and arms, as well as the Men's Beard Renewal Facial, which cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin under the beard and is designed to reduce buildup, dryness and ingrown hairs.

Retail includes the BLOluxe After Wax Serum at $12.00 and the BLOluxe Exfoliation Scrub at $15.00, both before sales tax. The studio recommends exfoliating 24 to 48 hours after waxing and every other day as hair grows back, and using the after-wax serum to help reduce ingrown hairs while the area heals.
