The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays.

Full sets in either acrylic or soft gel come in short, medium, long and XL lengths. Each set includes trimming and shaping the natural nail, buffing the nail plate, applying and shaping the set, and a base and top coat. Nail designs are not included and are priced separately as add-on options. Most sets are booked for 90 minutes. The Spooky Set Special, an acrylic set, takes 120 minutes and is priced at $60.

Manicures and gel manicures include nail shaping, buffing, a hand massage and a base and top coat, with a color polish or colored gel polish offered as an option and included in the price. Fill-ins reshape all nails, include cuticle care and an acrylic or soft gel refill, and rebalance the tension point of each nail. Soak off removes the product and includes shaping and buffing.

Acrylic, soft gel and fill-in appointments, along with gel manicures, require a $20 deposit to book. New clients booking a regular manicure pay a $10 deposit. Cancellations or no-shows made under 48 hours before the appointment are charged a fee of 50% of the booked service price. For in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available, but customers must be approved before their appointment.
