The menu covers waxing for face and body, including brows, underarms, legs, bikini and Brazilian, along with a separate men's hair removal menu. Sugaring uses a sugar paste pulled in the direction of hair growth, while waxing uses resin pulled against it. Facials are customized to skin tone, texture, breakouts and recovery after treatment.

The Ingrown Hair Treatment pairs sugaring with an intimate peel and a take-home aftercare plan. Intimate brightening sessions use a 13 percent TCA peel on two chosen areas. Skincare includes a Face Reality Acne Peel, recommended in three to five sessions, and TCA peels for hyperpigmentation, which need a two-week preparation with Extra Even and retinol beforehand. The business says every practitioner is trained for darker skin tones.

Booking is done through an online scheduling platform. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Before a waxing or sugaring visit, hair should be about a quarter inch long and sun exposure should be avoided for 24 hours. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Monday is by appointment only and the studio is closed on Sundays. A sister brand, The Body Barista, offers custom body butters and classes.
