Blk Honey takes nail appointments at its Salisbury location, where the entrance is a pink door. Online scheduling is not available right now, so clients contact the business directly. Booking opens every 20 days, and appointments are offered only on the days and hours the business lists, with exceptions made only for emergencies.

The business treats every client the same and does not rush services. Clients who are short on time are asked to book when they have more room in their schedule. Children and extra guests are not allowed inside unless they are being serviced, and clients are asked to keep their phones put away during appointments.

Payment works on a retainer. A $22 retainer goes toward the service, with a $2 processing fee, and the remaining balance is paid in person or in full ahead of the appointment.
