The salon describes itself as a hidden gem among its guests. Its stated aim is a peaceful, welcoming visit that leaves each guest feeling their best, with providers and guests kept close in the manner of a family-run business inside a high-end, contemporary space.

Services are delivered by independent providers, each working under their own name and specialty, and the salon selects them carefully. Current providers include Cosmo by Cat Webb, Soothing Soul by Shelby, YOU-NIQUE, and Hands On Healing. Hair services at Cosmo by Cat Webb include cuts, color, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments and perms, with cuts starting at $75 and balayage highlights starting at $250; hair prices vary by density and length.

The facial menu is built on Bio-Therapeutic technology-based treatments, which the salon describes as penetrating the skin more deeply than manual facial work. Facials are offered with 3, 4, 5 or 6 Tech options, and an ampule or target mask can be added. The head spa menu has three Japanese-style services, from a 50-minute Scalp Reset to a 90-minute Royal Awakening. Packages combine these with massage, facials and pedicures, including a couples package and custom packages on request. Spa parties of three or more book through the spa coordinator.

Both locations are by appointment only and the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Remote reception hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 3:30pm to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 2pm. A non-refundable booking deposit applies to all reservations, starting at 50% for spa and hair services. Single services need at least 36 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without losing the deposit, and two or more services need 48 hours. Customized packages, next-day appointments, and bookings of two or more services are paid in full at booking. An 18% gratuity is added to bookings of two or more services or to party bookings, and card payments carry a 3% charge. Zelle payments carry no charge.

Services come from independent providers the salon selects carefully, with the aim of a calm, welcoming and personal visit for every guest.
