The studio describes its focus as personalized haircuts and services for both men and women. Cuts are shaped around each client's facial features and everyday lifestyle. Haircuts range from a kids' cut at $25 and men's or women's cuts at $30 to a men's cut with beard work at $45 and a haircut with blow dry at $60.

Color work is a large part of the menu. Balayage is hand-painted for a soft, sun-kissed blend and is booked as a 7-hour appointment. Full color gives even, all-over coverage, highlights are custom-placed for dimension, and root touch-ups cover regrowth. The studio also offers basic braids with clean parts and a polished finish, a perm, a stem cell hair treatment for frizz and repair, a Bliss signature facial, blow dry styling, and waxing for the upper lip, eyebrows, chin or full face.

Cuts are designed around each client's face and lifestyle rather than a single standard style.
