The relaxing menu includes several facials and a back treatment. The Signature Five Star Facial runs 90 minutes, and the Elite version runs 115 minutes and adds exfoliation and anti-aging work for hands and feet. A shorter Express Skincare visit takes 45 minutes, and the La Stone Hot Stone Facial takes 90 minutes. The Deep Cleansing Specialty Back Treatment covers the back, neck and shoulders. Several treatments are also sold as a series of three at a lower per-session cost.

Injectable treatments include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, which are used on crow's feet, forehead furrows, frown lines, neck skin bands and lines at the corners of the mouth. A medical history review and consent discussion happen before any injections. The business describes these results as temporary, lasting three to six months. Facial fillers are placed with a few small injections, and hyaluronic acid products such as Restylane and Juvederm are named, with results commonly lasting from a few months up to a year and a half. Exclusive medical skin care treatments are offered in association with Dr. Michele LeMay, the medical director for injectables.

The business is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays by appointment only; it is closed Sunday. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before a first appointment, since late arrivals may have services shortened or be rescheduled. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged half the service price. No-shows are charged the full booked price at the next visit. The facility is smoke-free, and clients are asked to leave cell phones and children at home. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be transferred at the owner's discretion. Tipping is welcome, with a general guideline of 20 percent.

Nancy Dowe Signature Cosmesceuticals, the owner's cosmetics line, was added in 2004, and the business says it uses only high-quality products, which are also available at the location and by direct mail. Dermalogica products are used in the ProPeel, Specialty Adult Acne and Teen Acne treatments. In 2005 the business added LED light therapy and ultrasound therapy after the owner trained on those skills and equipment.
