Hair work is the core of the business. The salon is known for blonde color and hair extensions, and its color services include balayage, full and partial highlights, root and bleach retouches, and a quick root refresh for returning clients that requires stylist approval before booking. A complimentary color consultation is available, and a finishing blowout or haircut and style is required with every color appointment unless noted otherwise. Extension work covers sew-in wefts, fusion extensions (also called k-tips) and tape-in extensions, along with cut and blending, maintenance and removal. Extension hair is purchased separately from installation, extension appointments require a deposit, and a consultation is offered before extension work.

The spa side offers customized facials and skincare, from a signature facial that includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a targeted mask and a facial massage, to treatments for acne, anti-aging, hydration, diamond-tip exfoliation, chemical peels and microneedling. Spray tans, facial and body waxing, and brow and lash services round out the menu.

The salon also offers permanent jewelry made in 14k gold filled or 925 sterling silver, including bracelets, anklets and belly chains, with options to add charms and gems. Private permanent jewelry parties can be booked for groups of five to ten.

Visitors can park in front of the building, where handicap-accessible spaces are available. The waiting area has a coffee bar and a boutique, though seating is limited, so children and guests who are not receiving a service are asked not to attend. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, and booking ahead is recommended. The salon also runs seasonal community drives, including a fall coat drive.

Bliss selects Davines hair products and Éminence Organic Skin Care for hair and skin, which the salon says are made with responsible sourcing. Stylists can help clients choose products for their hair or skin at home.
