Manicures and pedicures are the core of the menu. Regular and deluxe manicures are offered, along with gel manicures that the salon says last up to two weeks. The pedicure menu runs from a basic service to a set of VIP-room pedicures, with options such as a sugar scrub, herbal neck wrap, Epsom salt soak, and neck and shoulder massages of 10 to 25 minutes. The VIP room has nine pedicure chairs, and the Zen Glow pedicure adds aromatic steam and a massage with melted candle oil. Complimentary drinks, free Wi-Fi and private rooms for weddings, parties and other events are also available.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, gel powder, dip powder, Gel-X, brush-on builder gel and liquid gel, in both fills and full sets. Gel-X full sets use clear gel tips applied to the natural nail. The salon describes its dip powder as free of harmful chemicals and its liquid gel as a chemical-free formula. A tip extension can be added to dip powder for $5, but not to a gel manicure. Nail art, chrome, ombre, cat eye and French tip designs are available as add-ons.

Beyond nails, the salon offers eyelash extensions in classic, hybrid volume and mega volume styles with fills at two, three or four weeks, plus collagen lash lifts and eyebrow tinting. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, with some prices listed as starting amounts. Facials run from a 30-minute mini facial to an 80-minute anti-aging collagen facial, and include a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Kids ages 5 to 10 can book manicures and pedicures, and the salon takes inquiries for bridal showers, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties and corporate events. Clients should note that refunds are not given, but a redo may be offered if they are unhappy. Redos for gel or dipping must be booked within seven days, and other services within three days. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to a cancelled or rescheduled appointment.

Tools are sterilized and disposable liners are used. According to the salon, its professionals are highly trained and attentive.
