A visit can include a private spa pedicure room that is designated as a quiet zone, and a separate private room for spa parties that can be arranged on request. Groups often book birthday, bridal, bachelorette and girls' day out gatherings. Guests 21 and older may receive one complimentary alcoholic drink, and a photo ID may be required. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

The color selection is large, with more than 1,000 gel polish shades and more than 1,000 dipping powder shades. Dipping powder comes from OPI, SNS, Chisel, NuGenesis and Kiara Sky. Voesh NY manicure and pedicure packages come in several scent options, and the Gel Pedicure and Bliss Ultimate Pedicure include the Volcano Spa Pedicure five-step kit. Gel-X extensions are offered, which the salon says need no filing; it calls Gel-X the world's first soft gel nail extension system.

Prices are starting points and can shift with nail length, shape, condition, design, repairs or extra time. Gel, dip, acrylic and Gel-X full sets carry a ten-day service warranty: if one chips within that window, the guest can call and the salon will touch it up at no cost. Regular polish services are not covered. All services are final and non-refundable, so concerns should be raised before leaving. Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment forfeits the deposit, and guests arriving more than 10 minutes late are treated as walk-ins.

Gratuities cannot be added to credit, debit or gift cards and can instead be sent through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Zelle. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire two years after purchase. E-gift cards can be bought for up to $200 and carry a 3% processing fee. Video surveillance is used throughout the salon.

According to the salon, its tools are always kept safe and hygienic, and the salon is kept free of chemical smell.

A private spa pedicure room is set aside as a quiet zone.
