The practice is co-owned by Dawn Dewane and Irina Khakhanov, both board-certified family nurse practitioners who together bring over 24 years of health care experience. Romina Tanchiato, a registered nurse and aesthetician, works on the aesthetic side of the practice with hands-on procedures and skin treatments.

Before most aesthetic treatments, clients can book a free consultation, offered for Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, custom facials, dermaplaning and peels. Clients can also book a free consultation before IV therapy to determine which option fits. After booking an IV appointment, clients complete a medical history form. The hormone optimization initial visit is a one-on-one consultation that reviews medical history and symptoms, and bloodwork may be ordered.

The clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday visits are by appointment only. IV therapy is generally not covered by insurance, but financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later option with plans that can include 0% APR. Approval depends on lender eligibility, and promotional rates are not guaranteed. Insurance is accepted for allergy testing and wellness visits with lab work.

The Bliss Membership is listed at $139 per month and gives members 10% off most services and 20% off skincare products. Unused membership funds roll over and can be used later.
