Booking policies: appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the reserved appointment, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Extended services such as straightening, full foiling or extensions need a credit card or a $50 deposit. The salon contacts clients to confirm appointments at least 24 hours ahead. If a client is unhappy with a result, they should contact the salon within 3 days of the appointment for a free correction; issues raised after that are reviewed case by case.
