Care starts with a functional consultation, offered in person or online. The 75-minute in-person initial visit includes a health history review, lab orders and result review, a Functional Nutrition Plan, an InBody analysis, and an abdominal ultrasound used for clinical orientation only, with no radiology report. A shorter 45-minute initial option, Start Your Journey, includes epigenetic testing along with the lab review and nutrition plan. The initial consultation fee is credited toward a selected program.

Bliss Care runs five programs: Bliss Detox, Bliss Essential, Bliss Presicion, Bliss Metabolic & Body Composition and Bliss Elite. Each is described as a phased, personalized journey with a different level of depth and support. Eligibility is determined after the initial evaluation, and follow-up visits of 30 minutes review progress, test results and care plan adjustments.

On the regenerative aesthetics side, services include a neuromodulator consultation for Botox or Dysport, where the consultation fee is credited toward treatment, a VI Peel, a PRP/PRF facial with exosomes that is prepared from a small blood sample and combined with microneedling, and a customized microneedling facial using hyaluronic acid, peptides and salmon PDRN. A consultation is required to determine eligibility for the PRP/PRF treatment.

The practice is self-pay and does not accept health insurance, though some conventional lab tests may be processed through insurance depending on the plan. Financing is available through Cherry for eligible services and programs, including some 0% APR options. Lab results from the last three months are accepted if they include the tests the provider requests. Bliss Care describes itself as complementary to, not a replacement for, a primary care physician or specialist, and notes that results cannot be guaranteed.
