The studio does not use a set facial menu. Every visit is customized to the client's skin, goals and the season, and treatment plans are adjusted at each appointment based on skin condition, sensitivity and long-term goals. New clients can start with the Bliss Personalized Facial, which includes a skin assessment and a conversation about goals. An intake form must be completed before the first appointment. Most clients come in every four to six weeks, while acne or corrective plans may begin with visits every two to three weeks.

The studio offers HydraFacials, which rely on vortex technology to cleanse, exfoliate and unclog pores, and Glo2Facials, a multi-stage session that exfoliates, adds oxygen and introduces beneficial ingredients into the skin. Either one can be paired with targeted serums, soothing masks or LED light therapy. Also available: custom chemical peels, the Signature Dermaplane Facial, the Oxygen Rescue Facial suited to congested, sensitive or dull complexions, and the Unwind Facial, a calming treatment with extended massage across the face, neck, shoulders, hands and arms. According to the studio, many guests see a fresher glow and better hydration after one visit. It also states that acne, pigmentation, uneven texture and redness typically look noticeably better within four to 12 weeks, with timing depending on skin type and at-home care.

The Bliss Ritual Membership is a monthly plan with one 60-minute Ritual Glo2Facial every four weeks. It begins with a six-month commitment and then renews automatically every four weeks unless canceled in writing. Members receive 10 percent off retail products and additional services year-round, free shipping on retail products, priority booking, access to member-only promotions and an annual skin progress review. Unused sessions do not roll over, one courtesy pause of up to three months is available during the initial term, and a monthly treatment can be gifted to someone else with at least 48 hours' notice. Gift cards for treatments, services and premium products are also available.

Treatment is personalized at every visit, with plans adjusted over time based on skin condition, sensitivity and long-term goals. The studio's acne program looks for underlying triggers rather than relying on long-term medication.
