Full Sets and Refills can be booked online. A $25 deposit is required to book, and it is applied toward the total. Clients can pay by card through Square or with cash. Reminder texts go out about 24 hours and 12 hours ahead, with the location and contact details. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, a $35 late fee applies for arrivals up to 30 minutes late, and appointments more than 30 minutes late are cancelled. Rebooking after a cancellation requires paying for the missed appointment and a new deposit. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice are not charged, cancellations on shorter notice are charged 50%, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Before- and after-hours appointments carry an extra $30 fee and are offered on a rolling, first-come basis.

Aftercare is part of the visit. The business recommends washing lash extensions twice a day with its Lash Wash at $15 or the Blinx Kit at $60. Clients are advised to avoid mascara, makeup and heavy creams on extensions, and to avoid hot water or heavy steam for the first 24 to 48 hours. A refill every 2 to 3 weeks is recommended.

Products are sold online. All product sales are final, with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days, followed by 3 to 5 days for shipping, and shipping is free on orders over $75.00.
