Lash services range from classic single extensions to hybrid, wispy and demi styles, and on to natural volume (2D to 4D), full volume (4D to 6D) and ultimate volume (2D to 10D, depending on the client's natural lashes). Full sets are followed by touch-ups at two, three or four weeks. Lash lifts, lash lift with tint, and tint-only services are also available. Brow services include eyebrow tint and shaping, where tint shades are mixed to suit the client's brow color, skin tone and hair color, and brow lamination, a perm for brows. Cosmetic brow options are ombré powder brows (also called pixel brows), combination brows with hair-like strokes at the front, and nano hairstrokes made with a fine micro needle. Cover-up and correction work is offered for existing brow tattoos, and the studio notes that laser removal is done by a licensed medical professional before new brows are started. Semi-permanent lip blush covers lip liner and shading. For cosmetic tattoos, clients must be at least 18. The studio asks clients to avoid sun and tanning beds for 30 days before and after treatment, to avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for at least 72 hours beforehand, and to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before. Clients taking prescription Accutane must wait at least one year. Clients arriving with a new tan or sunburn must reschedule and forfeit their deposit. The studio does not guarantee how long cosmetic tattoos last or the outcome. Most clients need two sessions, with the touch-up after six to eight weeks, and touch-ups are typically needed every one to two years. A numbing cream is used when needed. The studio uses single-use, disposable needles and supplies for each client. It describes its space as immaculate and sterile, with each station disinfected before and after every procedure. Brow work begins only after the client approves the planned shape. Blinq also offers lash training in three formats: an online course with theory, videos and a mini kit; in-person hands-on instruction with a full professional kit; and one-on-one training for students who already know lash application, covering wispy, eyeliner, wet and hybrid techniques.

Brow shapes are planned from the client's goals and key measurements, and the client approves the shape before any work begins. Lash styles are matched to the client's natural lashes.
