The lash menu runs from a full set to shorter appointments for existing extensions. A full set is planned around each client's eye shape and the look they want, and it can be soft and natural or bold and dramatic in volume. Clients are invited to send inspiration pictures before a full set, which helps shape the plan.

Clients who had lashes applied by another artist can book a foreign fill to have those lashes filled in. Those with fewer than 40% of their lashes remaining are charged the full set price for this service. If eyes are irritated or the lash placement is poor, the studio advises booking a removal, which includes a lash bath and a growth serum.

Full sets are mapped to each client's eye shape and desired look, and clients are invited to share pictures of what they like beforehand.
