The studio is in suite 302 on the third floor of 280 Dobbs Ferry Road. Appointments are booked online through Glossgenius.

During a set, clients lie back in a reclined position and keep their eyes closed for roughly 60 to 100 minutes. Clients who wear contact lenses need to remove them before the appointment. Afterward, clients follow the aftercare instructions from their technician, since extensions may fall out otherwise. Booking means agreeing to the salon's terms, which cover the procedure and aftercare and run for one year from the appointment date.

Deposits are $45 for most services and $30 for Lash Enhancement, and they are non-refundable. Changes need 24 hours' notice; later notice forfeits the deposit, and rebooking requires a new one. A deposit can be used once to reschedule. Arriving 15, 20 or 30 minutes late carries a $15, $20 or $30 fee, and a late arrival that cuts into the next appointment may lead to cancellation. No-shows and no-calls are charged the full booked service, and after one, clients pay in full upfront to book again.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts, or a custom amount. They can be scheduled for delivery on a chosen date, and gift card sales are final.
