Eyelash extensions come in three styles: silk, hybrid and volume. Silk uses C curl lashes in 9 to 13mm sizes made from a light, dark, water resistant silk poly blend, so no mascara is needed; the business recommends silk for clients with very weak natural lashes and says results last 2 to 4 weeks. Hybrid combines classic and volume fans on individual lashes, and volume places two to five fans on each natural lash for a fuller look, suited to sparse lashes. Both hybrid and volume also last 2 to 4 weeks, depending on natural growth and upkeep. A new set, a refill and a membership are priced separately for each style.

Refills are for existing clients who still have at least half of their extensions attached, and they do not include removal. Membership is a non-prepaid option for existing clients who bought a new set and return within three weeks of their last appointment. Membership visits must be rebooked with the stylist who applied the original full set; switching stylists requires a new full-price set. New clients whose full set was applied elsewhere are not accepted for refills.

Brow lamination uses a chemical solution to straighten and lift brow hairs and set them in a chosen shape and direction. It is suited to unruly, sparse or downward-growing brows, and results last 4 to 6 weeks.

Tanning is offered as The Brown Sugar airbrush tan, designed for all skin tones and lasting 5 to 7 days. A pre-tan pH treatment is included with every tan and is meant to help DHA develop for deeper, darker and faster results. Clients may rinse the tan off after one hour for a light bronze or two hours for a medium bronze.

Waxing uses cream and hard wax to remove hair at the root, with a rule against double dipping. The business says it holds a high standard of cleanliness in waxing. Services range from lip, chin and underarm to eyebrow, bikini, Brazilian and a Brazilian hard wax only option.

Lash styles are matched to the look a client wants and to the condition of their natural lashes. Services are booked by appointment with clear rules on refills and memberships.
